AI Stack Audit
You are paying for AI tools you do not use.
Send me the list. In 48 hours I send back what to keep, what to cut, what to replace, and what is quietly putting your accounts at risk — with a source for every finding.
Every tool in your stack gets exactly one of these, and a reason you can check.
Why this happens to everyone
Nobody buys twelve overlapping tools on purpose. You buy one for a job, then a better one shows up, then a client needs a third. Nothing gets cancelled, because cancelling means checking whether anything depends on it — and that check is the work nobody has time for.
So the subscriptions stack up quietly, and the honest answer to "what am I actually paying for?" becomes "I would have to sit down and look."
That is the sitting down and looking. Done by someone else.
What you get
A verdict on the whole stack in three lines — what it costs, what is wasted, and the one thing to do this week.
Every tool triaged — keep, cut, replace, or risky, one line each, with the reasoning.
Your duplicates, named — the categories where you pay two or three times for the same job, and which one to keep.
What is missing — not upsell. The work you do by hand that the tools you already pay for would do for you.
Five actions, ordered — by money saved over effort. Each with a concrete first step, not advice.
Delivered as a PDF. Usually four to six pages, because padding it would waste your time and mine.
The rule that makes it worth paying for
Every finding cites its source. When something cannot be verified, it says UNAVAILABLE instead of a confident guess.
This sounds small. It is the whole product. An audit with one invented number is worse than no audit, because you will act on it.
Where the method comes from
I built this for myself first. Over four rounds I verified 319 sources one at a time — repositories, tools, claims, pricing — and recorded every decision with its reason, so the same thing never got evaluated twice.
Somewhere in that process it stopped being research and became a method. This is that method, pointed at your stack instead of mine.
How it works
- You pay and paste your list. The checkout asks for two things: the AI tools you pay for, and what you are trying to do with them. Rough is fine — a screenshot of your billing page works.
- I check every item. Against real sources, not memory. If something in your list needs clarifying, I email you before starting.
- You get the PDF within 48 hours. If I cannot deliver something worth the money, I refund you and tell you why.

Who this is not for
If you pay for two or three tools and know exactly why, there is nothing here for you and I would rather say so now.
This is for the stack that grew — ten, twenty, fifty tools, added one decision at a time, never reviewed as a whole.
